Result

 

1. Analysis of acne severity by standard photographs

 

Compared to before treatment, acne severity improved at 2 and 4 weeks, but there was no

 

statistical significance.

 

2. Analysis of acne lesion counting

 

Compared to before treatment, whiteheads and blackheads significantly improved at 2 weeks

 

(p<0.05), and whiteheads, blackheads, papules and macules significantly improved at 4

 

weeks(p<0.05).

 

3. Analysis of self-questionnaires by subjects

As for efficacy, more than 61.90% of subjects offered positive answers about ‘surface smoothness’,

 

‘alleviation of existing acne’ and general improvement of acne on the questionnaire given at the 2-

 

week point.

After 4 weeks of treatment, more than 61.90% of subjects gave positive answers about ‘re-duction

 

of sebum’, ‘surface smoothness’, ‘alleviation of existing acne’ and general improvement of acne 4-

 

week points. With regard to usability, more than 66.67% of subjects gave positive answers

 

regarding ‘color’ for the toner, lotion, serum, stick roll and more than 66.67% of subjects

 

gave positive answers regarding the ‘perfume’ in the soap, toner, lotion, and stick roll.

 

With regard to the ‘absorption’ questionnaire, more than 66.67% of subjects gave positive answers

 

to regarding the lotion and serum. With regard to the ‘total usability’ and ‘total

 

satisfaction’questionnaires, more than 80.95% and 66.67% of subjects, respectively, gave positive

 

answers to all test products generally.
