HP CELL VITARAN J-Intra-Articular Injection
HP Cell VITARAN J is PN(Polynucleotide) intra-articular injection for osteoarthritis.
It is injected into the synovial(joint) cavity and reduces mechanical friction of the joint by maintaining its volume and shape for a certain period. 
PN(Polynucleotide)-Safe material 95% similar to human DNA
PN activates tissue regeneration and has anti-inflammatory effects.
Also, PN is viscoelastic gel structure, that can improve pain by reducing mechanical friction.
- PN(Polynucleotide) is DNA polymer, it is viscoelastic gel texture like HA. When it is injected to synovial cavity. PN can fill the narrowed joint cavity by increasing its volume through hydration with synovial fluid inside.
- Injected PN maintains 3D gel structure reduces the mechanical friction of the joint area and reduces pain
- PN is dissolved naturally after a certain period by degrading enzyme in synvial cavity. Dissolved nucleotides are used for DNA formation and making up the cell matrix, it provides nutrients to restore physiological environment in the joint

After 16 weeks from PN treatment, VAS score is decreased and can see pain reduction effect. The results of KOOS evaluation showed a tendency to improve the overall pain. Especially KOOS score was lowered by 3.00(± 4.40) pointes at 8th week result, can see improvement of function.
