1) Programmable radar sensor for Heavy Duty Vehicles (RODS-M)

The system has three distinct length and width modes, enabling the operator to adjust the Display Unit to fit their needs.

2) Radar sensor for Light Duty Vehicle (RODS-L)

Suitable for smaller vehicles or any vehicles where a 4M detection range is acceptable.  

3) Integrated Radar/Camera System (RC-01)

The all in one system provides a comprehensive obstacle detection package which includes a radar/camera combo integrated into a monitor system. When obstacles are detected, an alarm sounds and the monitor has a warning overlay for the yellow, orange and red zones.

Our 24Ghz radar (RODS-M) uses three pre-set beam detection patterns to alert the driver to hazards entering dangerous zones. The system incorporates in-cab visuals and audible alarms alerting the driver and giving them enough time to react, therefore reducing the risk of a collision. The system’s capability of being able to determine whether an object is approaching or moving away from the sensor, helps to limit the number of false detections caused by objects of no concern encroaching on the detection area. The commercial grade heavy-duty system has an IP69K waterproof rating, a simple installation, and works perfectly in all weather conditions.

SENSOR SYSTEMS

Radar Object Detection Systems either work independently or harmoniously with backup camera systems. These systems detect and alert drivers to obstacles in their blind spots. FMCW 24GHz radar comes with three pre-set beam detection patterns.

Mode 1 : Narrow – 3.0m width – 5.0m length

Mode 2 : Medium 4.0m width – 6.0m length

Mode 3: Wide – 6.5m width – 9.5m length

The system can be triggered when the reverse gear is activated. This system has a five-stage alert tone via an easy-to-read in-cab visual display giving the driver ample warning and time to react to the hazard.

This 24Ghz radar is suitable for worldwide use across all types of vehicles, because of its compact footprint is unobtrusive and can be fitted to all types of vehicles.
