High quality, convenient handling, easy maintenance
Spiral bevel gears have been applied to improve durability. These gears produce less
noise and have a broader engagement area than spur or hypoid gears. In particular,
spiral bevel gears transmit power more efficiently than others.
We increased the rigidity of the NS Mixer’s main body, suppressing the vibrations in
the motor. Moreover, we designed a sight glass for inspection so that you can look inside,
making inspection and maintenance easier.
The NS Mixer also acquired the Type Approval for Safety Product from the Korea Fire
Institute (KFI).
The NS Mixer uses a high-rigidity hinge, which allows the impeller to move left or
right up to 30°. This can also effectively prevent slurry from accumulating.
Moreover, the product offers 24 inches and 30 inches flanges as standard sizes.
(Nonstandard-sized flanges can also be used.) In addition to the swivel-angle product,
we also provide fixed-angle mixers.
